    • PEP makes an effort to ship your order on the day it is placed.

    • Simple solutions are often the case. Be prepared to be in front of the machine while our Service Technician is troubleshooting the issue over the phone.

    • Our Service Technician will determine next steps.

    • If Service is needed, an Outside Service Provider is assigned to your Repair,

    • PEP will review the details with the Technician prior to their arrival.

    • If a Part are needed, it will be shipped to your location to have on hand before Technician arrives.

    • When necessary, PEP will provide tele-assistance while the Technician is on-site, offering guidance and support.   

    • After repair is completed, ensure your equipment is working properly.  If issue is not resolved, report within 24 hours.

    • For a Warranty Claim, you will receive a Warranty Access Number (WAN).   

    • Warranty claims cover service during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-4:30PM.

    • Your Critical Spare Parts Kit comes in a special tote so you can identify easily.

  • Replacing a part? No problem! We make it easy and hassle-free. 

    • STEP 1: Call our Service Department and through phone support, our Technician will troubleshoot the repair.

    • STEP 2: After your part has been replaced and your issue is resolved, take a clear and well-lit photo of the old part.

    • STEP 3: Submit a Parts Order Form and make sure to upload the old part photo.

    • STEP 4: A replacement part will be shipped to your location.

    • Initial Kits are discounted 40% off List Price.

    • During your warranty period, we’ll replenish your kit free of charge.

    • After the warranty ends, you can order replacements at a discounted rate of 25% off the list price, plus shipping.

    Freight Delivery Inspection Guide

  • Your warranty coverage starts on the date of installation, provided installation is completed within 30 days of shipping. To ensure your warranty is fully activated, simply submit your Warranty Registration. If the registration isn't submitted, coverage will automatically begin from the shipping date, ensuring you’re always protected.
