DELIVERY INSPECTION GUIDE

How to Avoid Freight Damage Claims

Important: Failure to follow these steps could result in delays or denial of your freight claim by the shipping carrier.  Please read before delivery.

We take great care to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect condition. However, your immediate attention to the following steps is crucial to protect your purchase and your rights in the event of damage.

Before You Sign for Your Delivery:

  1. Inspect the exterior of the crate or box. Look for any signs of damage (marks, holes, scuffs, etc.).

    • Take photos of all sides of the packaging.

    • Write "pending internal inspection" on the delivery receipt if you're unable to fully check the contents.

  2. If you see any damage (even minor), take detailed notes on the delivery receipt (e.g., "3-inch hole on the bottom left corner of the crate").

  3. Keep all packaging materials, and if you suspect damage, do not discard anything until an inspector arrives.

If you receive damaged equipment:

  • You have the right to refuse the delivery if the damage is severe.

  • If you accept the shipment, take photos of both external and internal damage and report it to us within 24 hours.

  • Contact us immediately if any damage is found, and we will assist with filing a claim.
