NEGLECT OR ABUSE: If the repair is required due to neglect or abuse, the warranty is void, and I am responsible for paying the Service Provider. Examples: Any damage from freight, improper installation, improper electrical connection, alterations to the machine, moisture, accident, neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repair.

ADDITIONAL VISITS: I am responsible for any extra service visits scheduled by me or my team.

EXPEDIDTED SHIPPING: PEP is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for issues covered under warranty. If I request expedited shipping, I understand that I will be responsible for shipping charges, regardless of whether the issue is covered under warranty.

SERVICE HOURS: Warranty claims cover service during PEP’s normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. I am responsible for any costs related to service outside these hours.

PARTS: If parts are required on-site before the technician arrives, PEP will track the parts and schedule service after delivery confirmation. If the technician arrives and parts are not available, I am responsible for all costs incurred for that day’s service.
