HOW TO REQUEST TIME OFF
PROCESS
Complete the Form: Fill out the form below with the necessary details.
Submission: The form will be submitted to the accounting department and then forwarded to David or Stephanie for approval.
Approval Notification: Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a notification with one of the following statuses: APPROVED, APPROVED WITH CHANGES, or UNABLE TO APPROVE.
Email Auto-Reply: Please set up an automatic email reply in Outlook during your absence.
Record Keeping: Administration will add the approved time off to your employee file.
Calendar Update: If your time off is approved and available, it will be added to the PEP Team Calendar.
WHAT IS PTO, UTO, AND SICK DAYS
PTO or Paid Time Off is accrued by hours worked.
UTO or Unpaid Time Off is time off without pay.
Sick Days - 5 per year.
WHICH HOLIDAYS ARE PAID
New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
(When a Holiday lands on a weekend, it is not considered Paid Time Off)
