HOW TO REQUEST TIME OFF

PROCESS 

  • Complete the Form: Fill out the form below with the necessary details.

  • Submission: The form will be submitted to the accounting department and then forwarded to David or Stephanie for approval.

  • Approval Notification: Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a notification with one of the following statuses: APPROVED, APPROVED WITH CHANGES, or UNABLE TO APPROVE.

  • Email Auto-Reply: Please set up an automatic email reply in Outlook during your absence.

  • Record Keeping: Administration will add the approved time off to your employee file.

  • Calendar Update: If your time off is approved and available, it will be added to the PEP Team Calendar. 

WHAT IS PTO, UTO, AND SICK DAYS

  • PTO or Paid Time Off is accrued by hours worked.

  • UTO or Unpaid Time Off is time off without pay.

  • Sick Days - 5 per year.

WHICH HOLIDAYS ARE PAID 

  • New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. 

  • (When a Holiday lands on a weekend, it is not considered Paid Time Off)
