In 1963 the Cuppone Brothers began building ovens designed specifically to perfect the art of cooking pizza. Customer satisfaction and superior quality are the foundation on which Cuppone Ovens has been operating for over 50 years. Continuous research and progressive technology have led the company to invent and patent machines which have revolutionized the industry.

The Cuppone Pizzaform®, patented in 1975 is a special dough press designed to roll and shape dough into a desired size and thickness. Furthermore, the Cuppone Pizzaform® is available in 5 models and is the leading dough press on the market.

1981. Cuppone invents an electronic temperature control system and individual heating elements for ovens using a microprocessor. This system, which ensures cooking and energy saving, is constantly improved and is now used in the most prestigious series of ovens.

2003. Cuppone Engineers propose a new concept oven called the Evolution. The Evolution is first corner ovenbuilt to best suit the internal geometry of pizzerias.

2007. Pizza Equipment Professionals partners with Cuppone Ovens to bring the brand to consumers in the United States and North America.

2009. Cuppone conceptualizes the first electric oven with a rotating deck, the Cuppone Giotto.

Manufacturing Facility

Today Cuppone operates three factories in the Cuppone home town of Treviso, Italy. Covering an area of 5,000 square meters these factories oversee all areas of oven production. Beginning with the cutting of sheet metal, to bending and forming, welding, assembly, testing and finally packaging all aspects are overseen by the Cuppone Family. To this day, the choice of materials, design, research and marketing are managed directly by the founders and their descendants. The Cuppone Family is supported by highly professional technicians and workers.

Electric Ovens

Cuppone Ovens proudly produces ovens for any pizzeria or restaurant’s needs. From commercial kitchen to home chef, Cuppone boasts a collection of Electric Ovens designed for high performance. Energy efficient and third party tested, Cuppone Ovens reduce utility costs while producing superior results.

All Cuppone Ovens cook at temperatures up to 840° F, have individual top and bottom temperature controls and internal lighting. Among the many features offered, these ovens feature an optional Type II Hood designed as a moisture and heat evacuating hood. All models are ETL and NSF approved. Each model has unique features that can be found on their individual product pages.
