October 2016 – Cuppone Donatello – Nino Coniglio doesn’t like to play by the rules. His pizza has always had one foot rooted in classic methods and styles while the other foot is somewhere off in outer space. That’s why it’s no surprise that his most recent venture involves making pizza in the coat check closet of a bar on the Bowery.
2016 – The doors are finally open at Slice House, the creation of award-winning pizza maker and local guy Tony Gemignani. Located at the corner of Main Street and Mt. Diablo Boulevard in Walnut Creek.
